In this panel discussion, TASB claims managers will share their experience on factors that delay and facilitate claim processing.

Put your knowledge to the test during this hands-on session, where you will identify important information missing in a sample claim file.

Return-to-Work Basics

11:45 a.m.–12:10 p.m.

This session breaks down how to build a return-to-work program powered by communication, supervisor coordination, and modified-duty assignments that meet injured employees' medical restrictions.

Learn how to avoid common mistakes such as delayed reporting, vague documentation, and inaccurate wage information.

Explore no-cost services such as hazard surveys, consultations, and training available to Fund members with Workers' Compensation coverage. Regionally based risk solutions consultants will also answer common questions asked by members.
