School equipment is exposed to unique risks such as short-circuits, overloading, and control failures. Spend a day with the Fund and our trusted vendor HSB learning how to avoid unbudgeted expenses and operational disruptions that come with equipment failure.

Equipment breakdown training is a no-cost benefit exclusively available to Fund members with Property coverage. 

Sessions

Boiler Operations and Maintenance
This session covers the fundamentals of steam and/or hot water boilers and maintenance. We will also break down regulatory requirements and explain how to prepare for mandated equipment inspections provided as a benefit of your Fund coverage.

Electrical Preventive Maintenance
Designed for operations staff, this session explains electrical maintenance fundamentals, how to protect your electrical system from damage caused by adverse conditions, and how to manage common electrical system components such as transformers and circuit breakers.
