Course Description
The goal of this course is to give school bus drivers an overview of strategies to create a safer and more enjoyable bus atmosphere for the driver and the students they transport. These response and recovery actions can minimize costly damage and facility down-time.
Topics covered include the unique environment of a school bus, building relationships with students, helpful strategies for problem behaviors, implementing disciplinary policies and misconduct reporting, and handling real emergencies.
