Description: According to a U.S. Department of Education investigation, Texas denied students with disabilities access to services and support required under federal law by capping special education enrollment at 8.5 percent. Joined by TASB’s director of special education, we will extract the investigation’s key findings and update you on the Texas Education Agency’s corrective action plan. You will also learn how to prepare your organization to take the next steps as the plan progresses.
