About Ryan

Ryan Boyce is located in Pearland and is responsible for providing risk solutions services to Workers’ Compensation, Auto, Property, and Liability members in ESC Regions 4 and 5 and parts of Regions 3, 6, and 7. 

Boyce joined TASB Risk Management Services as a risk solutions consultant in 2018. He brings more than 11 years of experience in corporate environmental health and safety with a specialization in repetitive stress injury prevention and wellness.

Nicole Callahan

About Nicole

Nicole Callahan is located in Rowlett and is responsible for providing risk solutions services to Workers’ Compensation, Auto, Property, and Liability members in ESC Regions 8, 10, and 11 and most of Region 7.

Callahan joined TASB Risk Management Services as a risk solutions consultant in 2018. She began her environmental career in 2002. Callahan’s field service experience in the public and private sectors ranges from plant decommissioning to high-hazard emergency response.

About Jesse

Jesse Gonzales is located in Levelland and is responsible for providing risk solutions services to Workers’ Compensation, Auto, Property, and Liability members in ESC Regions 9, 14, 16, and 17 and parts of Region 18.

Gonzales joined TASB Risk Management Services as a senior risk solutions consultant in 2015. He began his professional career in environmental health and safety in 2007 and has extensive experience in the private sector.

Charles Hueter

About Charles

Charles Hueter is located in Austin and is responsible for providing risk solutions services to Workers’ Compensation, Auto, Property, and Liability members in ESC Regions 12, 13, and 19 and most of Regions 15 and 18.

Hueter became a risk solutions consultant for TASB Risk Management Services in 2012. He began his career in TASB Risk Management Services in 2000 by providing support to risk solutions consultants and helping Fund members access safety handbooks and videos.

Mike Mendiola

About Mike

Mike Mendiola is located in Alice and is responsible for providing risk solutions services to Workers’ Compensation, Auto, Liability, and Property members in ESC Regions 1, 2, and 20 and parts of Regions 3 and 15.

Mendiola joined TASB Risk Management Services as a risk solutions consultant in 2021. He has nearly 20 years of experience in safety consulting for workers' compensation carriers in South Texas and has provided safety training, inspections, worksite audits, and general safety consulting to clients in his territory.

About Lucas

Lucas Anderson joined TASB Risk Management Services in 2019, bringing more than a decade of experience in cybersecurity, network administration, and information technology. He advises districts on preemptive mitigation against ongoing and emerging cybercriminal threats targeting the education sector, as well as cybersecurity-related regulatory compliance. 

Over his career, Anderson has supported public and private organizations, including Booz Allen Hamilton, the White House Office of Management and Budget, the Department of Defense, and the Texas Association of Counties.

Melanie Moss

About Melanie

Melanie Moss joined TASB Risk Management Services as an emergency management and school security consultant in 2013. She helps members develop comprehensive emergency management programs and understand their regulatory responsibilities.

Moss began her career in emergency management in 2006, serving as the public information and crisis communications coordinator for Williamson County, where she provided support to school districts in Williamson and Travis Counties.

Laura Romaine

About Laura

Laura Romaine serves as the workers' compensation program consultant for TASB Risk Management Services, where she works directly with Fund members to help them navigate Texas workers' compensation reporting requirements.

Romaine joined TASB in 1995 and has more than 30 years of workers' compensation experience.
