Jo Ann Bludau
Dr. Jo Ann Bludau was appointed to the TASB Risk Mangement Fund Board in June 2008. She earned her bachelor's degree at Texas A&M University, followed by her master's at The University of Texas at Austin, and later received her doctorate in Education Administration from Texas A&M.
Jo Ann has been serving as the Superintendent of Hallettsville ISD since 2007, and she serves her community as a member of the Hallettsville Rotary Club. She is also an active member of Texas Association of School Administrators and is serving her third term on the UIL Legislative Council. She and her husband Ronnie and two daughters Laney and Lacey enjoy spending time outdoors, fishing, gardening, and being with family and friends in their spare time.
