Description: Independent School Districts are unique in being the only employer in Texas with a different wage statement. It can be a frustrating form with confusing instructions. Learn the difference between wages earned and wages paid and why the DWC-3SD is returned so often for corrections. We will cover why and when the form is needed and how to properly complete it.
