New Law Enforcement Agency Process Toolkit

Tex. Educ. Code § 37.081(g): School District Peace Officers, School Resource Officers, and Security Personnel authorizes Texas public schools to establish and maintain law enforcement agencies/police departments for the employment of school district peace officers.
