Hotel Information

This year's conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Austin, located at 208 Barton Springs Road. The Fund is pleased to offer one complimentary hotel stay for up to two nights per Fund member organization (based on availability).

  • Attendees must reserve their own hotel room.
  • A credit card is required to guarantee the room and for incidentals.
  • The room cost will be held on your credit card account until you check in.
  • If more than one person from your organization makes a reservation, the Fund will award the complimentary room to whomever the organization chooses.

Additional rooms for your organization will cost $239 per night. There is no guarantee of room availability or of the $239 rate for reservations made after the cutoff date of Tuesday, April 9, 2019 or after available rooms run out.

Parking fees will be the responsibility of the Fund member. The negotiated on-site parking rates are:

  • Overnight self-parking: $26.00 per night
  • Overnight valet: $32.00 per night
  • Daily valet parking: $19.00 per day—No in and out privileges
  • Daily self-parking:
    • One hour or less: $5.00
    • One to three hours: $15.00
    • Three to five hours: $20.00
    • Five or more hours: $26.00


Hotel reservations: Contact Jonathan Phi at to transfer your room or to cancel your hotel registration. You may transfer your room to another attendee within your organization. Hotel cancellations must be completed by three days prior to arrival. A no-show or late cancellation fee of one night will be charge to your credit card on file after that time. This also applies to all TASB complimentary rooms.
