Lamar Consolidated ISD Superintendent, Thomas Randle, was appointed to the Risk Management Fund Board in November 2002.

Randle has served as Lamar's chief administrator since July 2001. A member and past president of the Texas Association of Supervision and Curriculum Development, he also is active in the Texas Business Education Coalition and President-Elect of the Texas Association of School Administrators. At the local level, Randle participates in Rotary and Chamber of Commerce activities.
