Morris Blankenship of Adrian ISD was appointed to the Risk Management Fund Board in August 2007.  He previously served on the TASB Board of Directors from October 1995 to September 2004. He has served as president for organizations such as the Adrian Lions Club, the Panhandle Area School Board Association and the Simms Lions Club where he also held a position as secretary. Blankenship earned his bachelor's degree in education from Abilene Christian and a master's degree in math at TCU.
