Webb was appointed to the PCJA Board in December 1995 and currently serves on the board's Executive Committee and Audit & Finance Committee. He is the CFO at Deer Park ISD. He currently serves as the chairman of TASBO's Governmental Relations Committee and is past president of that organization.
