Bill Alcorn

Bill Alcorn was appointed to the Risk Management Fund Board in November 2005. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree at Tarleton State University and later followed it with a Master’s Degree in Education. Alcorn is the Superintendent of Eden CISD and currently serves his community as a member of the Masonic Lodge (Eden Chamber). He previously served as a TARS Director from 1996 to 1999. Alcorn has been in Texas education for 29 years with the last 11 years as a superintendent. Alcorn and his wife Vicki have five children; Michelle, Kimberley, Jennifer, Joshua, and Jeremy.
