The Fund is making it easier for members to take care of business!
Each year, members provide the Fund with the information we need to provide the right coverage options. Previously, members were required to complete an extensive Renewal Questionnaire prior to their renewal date.
We have streamlined the renewal process to a single information request for all members once a year. We have replaced the longer Renewal Questionnaire with a simplified Fund Member Profile Update.
As a result of the change, we have eliminated several questions and simplified others. The new update process also gives member program contacts a more customized profile form to work with.

The Fund Member Profile Update is just the first step in developing an improved member portal. The new portal will give members more efficient ways to manage their participation in the Fund. These changes are part of the Fund’s commitment to using technology to help our members eliminate time-consuming, manual activities and duplication.
The new portal will offer more self-service options, enabling members to engage with us on their terms.
