Alliance Information for Fund Members

The Fund has partnered with the Political Subdivision Workers' Compensation Alliance (the Alliance) to provide medical benefits for injured workers through a direct contracting program. The Fund is currently in the process of establishing  service areas and members are being notified. Your claims and/or regional sales and marketing representative will contact you when your Alliance service area is available.

This document (revised 01/04/08) outlines the obligations of the employer with regard to the Alliance and employee notifications.

Alliance Posting

Employers should place this posting throughout the work place where employees frequent.

Employee Notice of Alliance Requirements

Employers should give this notice (revised 01/04/08) to injured workers upon hire and after the injury occurs.

Employee Acknowledgement of Alliance Requirements

This acknowledgement form must be signed by the injured worker and returned to the employer.

Alliance Roll-out Map

Attention Fund Members: Abilene, Corpus Christi, San Angelo, Nacogdoches, San Antonio, and a portion of Llano now have direct provider contracts. The Alliance contracts have been effective since February 15, 2009. For injuries on and after this date, employees will be required to choose a doctor from the treating doctor list provided by their employers. Members in the cities referenced above have been notified via e-mail and through their TASB Marketing contacts
