UC Membership Benefits: Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) Experience

Those claim questions and appeal hearings can be tricky. The Fund employs a full-time attorney and other UC staff who are experienced with the TWC. We’re always here to answer any questions you may have regarding claims and appeals. We can work with you to prepare you for your TWC appeal hearings or we can participate in them with you.
