Conference Room Rate and Reservation Instructions

TASB has contracted a special rate of $154/night. This rate is not available with online booking. Please call and mention the "TASB Risk Management Fund" when booking. This rate expires after March 27, 2011.  Please book your room at the same time you register for the conference as the hotel room block fills up fast.

In the event that the hotel room block is filled, you can have your name placed on a waiting list. Please contact Mandy Begley at 800.482.7276, ext. 6104 or by e-mail at  to be placed on this list. If spots do not open, we will publish alternate hotel information on this page as the conference nears.

Parking Rates

The Hyatt has discounted Members' Conference attendee self-parking for the rate of $6 per day.*  Please consult with the hotel for current valet parking rates.

*The hotel reserves the right to change this rate.
