Why Should You Report Claims On Line?  

If you are a Fund member and are not reporting property or liability claims on line, we encourage you to do so. There are many benefits to online reporting:

  • You can report a claim at your convenience 24/7
  • Online claim forms are monitored frequently by claims staff to ensure timely service to you and your employees
  • You can edit and review claim information before it is submitted
  • You can e-mail pictures, police reports, and other investigative documents
  • You will receive confirmation of the reported claim via e-mail
  • After a claim has been created, you will receive the assigned claim number and adjuster contact information via e-mail
