General Liability Claims Information
Fund members that are familiar with the P/L online claim forms will notice a few enhancements. We have included a link to give users the option of returning to the Fund's "Report a Claim" page and added a few questions that will require a response. Don't worry, the changes are minimal!
If you are a Fund member and are not reporting property or liability claims on line, we encourage you to do so. There are many benefits to online reporting so check out the forms now!
Immediately report accidents/incidents involving serious or fatal injuries to the Property and Liability Claims Division at 800.482.7276, extension 6800.

General Liability
This type of claim involves incidents resulting in bodily injury and/or property damage. Most incidents take place on your premises and usually occur during normal business hours or at member sponsored events. Examples include:

Parent or visitor falls on school property

Child injured on playground equipment

Lawn equipment or debris damages parked vehicles

Student injured while participating in athletic activities
Allegations of false arrest, slander, and defamation can also be considered General Liability claims.
