Automobile Liability and Physical Damage
Automobile Liability coverage provides coverage for Bodily Injury and Property Damage that the district is legally obligated to pay. Coverage will extend to all occupants of the district vehicle in losses where the district is liable.
Automatic coverage is provided for substitute and newly acquired vehicles to the existing coverage categories the district elects.
