Effective loss prevention goes beyond routine inspections and recommendations. New, innovative services and programs must be in sync with changing work environments and technological developments. Our Loss Prevention consultants make over 2000 site visits each year. Last year, over 16,000 district employees were trained in various safety sessions. While that statistic most certainly explains how the Fund can minimize risk, how does Loss Prevention save money? The mission of Loss Prevention Services is to deliver high quality loss prevention services to TASB Risk Management Fund WC and P/C members through comprehensive consultations, promote health and safety awareness and assist members in the development of customized Accident Prevention Plans, and mitigate workplace hazard exposures.
