Important Notice for Cardiac Science AED Owners

If you received a Cardiac Science automated external defibrillator (AED) from the TASB Risk Management Fund, please call 877.901.1788 to contact Cardiac Science about an important software update for your device.  This update is critical to ensure the AED operates properly during an emergency.

You may be required to provide the serial number of the device to confirm whether the AED must be updated.  You can locate this number on the back of the AED as shown in the image below.  Be aware that an alarm may sound if the device is removed from a wall-mounted box.
