Roger Ripley
Senior Loss Prevention Consultant

Roger joined TASB Risk Management Services as a Senior Loss Prevention Consultant in August 1993. He is located in Arlington, Texas. Mr. Ripley is responsible for the providing loss prevention services to Workers’ Compensation and Property/Casualty members in ESC Region 11, and parts of ESC Regions 9, and 12. Roger began his career in safety and loss prevention in 1985 and has held highly responsible positions as Director of Personnel/Safety in city government and Director of Risk Management for a large Texas school district. Roger is a specialist in ergonomic issues in the workplace.

Roger earned a BS degree from West Texas State University and holds a Masters Degree in General Studies with an emphasis in management science from the University of Central Texas in Killeen, Texas.
