Dell Harrington
Senior Loss Prevention Consultant

Dell joined TASB Risk Management Services as a Senior Loss Prevention Consultant in November 1993. He is located in Austin, Texas. Dell is responsible for providing loss prevention services to Workers' Compensation and Property/Casualty members in ESC Regions 15, 18, 19, 20 and parts of ESC Region 12. Mr. Harrington’s health, safety, and environmental experience began in 1980. He was employed by Halliburton Energy Services for thirteen years, eight of which he was the health, safety, and environmental supervisor. He has extensive experience dealing with transportation and regulatory compliance reporting to the various state agencies. Dell is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and has completed the American Society of Safety Engineers’ (ASSE) Certificate in Executive Safety Management. He also taught Industrial Arts for four years at Morton ISD and Lubbock ISD. 

Dell earned a BS degree in Industrial Education and Technology from Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas and holds a lifetime Texas Educator Certificate.
