Heriberto (Beto) Cazares
Senior Loss Prevention Consultant

Heriberto (Beto) Cazares joined TASB Risk Management Services as a Loss Prevention Consultant in November 2004. Currently, Beto is a Senior Loss Prevention Consultant. He is located in Los Fresnos, Texas. Mr. Cazares is responsible for providing loss prevention services to Workers’ Compensation and Property/Casualty members in ESC Regions 1, 2, and 3. Beto began his safety career in the late 1970s as a Loss Prevention Representative for Liberty Mutual and American General Insurance Companies. He spent the 1980s working in the safety and environmental fields for Dresser Atlas and the City of Houston. In the early 1990s, he served as a Safety and Training Coordinator for a large bus manufacturing firm in Brownsville, Texas. He is bilingual and is responsible for servicing members' bilingual loss prevention needs statewide.

Beto earned his BS in Biochemistry from the University of Texas at Pan American in Edinburg, Texas.
