This on line manual outlines your rights and responsibilities as an employer within the WC system. It includes reproducible copies of all required forms and detailed instructions on how to complete each one. Mandatory filing deadlines and potential DWC fines for noncompliance are included.

Bundled with this manual are other related publications, such as the Quick Reference to Employer DWC Forms, the Return to Work Manual, and the Fund WC Briefcase. These items are important tools in the WC collection of publications and are parts of any district's total workers' compensation effort.
