The Fund WC Briefcase

Keeping up with workers' compensation law and the Texas Department of Insurance: Division of Workers' Compensation (DWC) rules can be an arduous task. Each legislative session can produce new laws requiring new forms and/or rules to be adopted by DWC. In order to assist WC members with claim reporting and compliance, the Fund has created a collection of on line training documents called the "Fund WC Briefcase."

WC Program Contacts can access the Fund WC Briefs with a myTASB user ID and password. Each time a law change or form adoption associated with workers' compensation occurs, a new Fund Brief will be issued via e-mail to the WC Program Contact.

Whether you are a workers' compensation veteran or a newcomer, you will find the Fund Briefs timely and valuable.
