Property/Casualty online claims web pages get a new look!

by Stacy Hobbs

The Fund has some good news for Property/Casualty (PC) Fund members. The online claim reporting Web pages are now streamlined making it easier to access all claim forms. While the claim forms have not yet changed, we trust that the new Web pages will allow you to file claims in a faster and more efficient way!

So, what are the changes you ask?

The first and most important change is the way you access the claim forms from the Fund’s home page at www.tasbrmf.org. First, you will click on the Report a Claim tab at the top of the page. Then, choose, Property/Casualty Claims. This will bring you to a main PC claims Web page where links to all the online claim forms are located. Be sure to bookmark or make this page a favorite for future usage!

As you can see, we have added new icons for each type of claim that may occur. Check out the new graphics below!

If you are new to this or need clarification before you file, we have also added Property/Casualty claim information pages for each type of claim so you can read more and file when you are ready.

And, last but not least, we have added Property/Casualty FAQs to answer the most common questions concerning the claims filing process.

Please be patient with these changes. Your old bookmarks and favorite links will be broken and new ones will need to be established when you open the new Web pages.
