Changes Made to the First Report of Injury

We have been busy at work making enhancements to the First Report of Injury (FROI), located on the Fund’s Web Site. The current application will have the same functionality as the old one, though you may notice a few differences. The most notable is a change of URL. If you have the FROI bookmarked, please take a moment to update your browser with the new link: https://www.tasb.org/apps/froi/froi_select.aspx. Also new, users can now access a calendar and a time picker to reference date and time of the occurrence. These changes will not affect how you submit the FROI to TASB.

As with the previous application, districts can still download and print FROI data in multiple formats, including PDF, Excel, and text (comma delimited). More changes will be coming in the future, among which will be the ability to save incomplete FROIs for additional editing before submitting to TASB.
