TASB Risk Management Fund Renewal Rates

At its meeting last month, the Fund's Board of Trustees directed TASB staff to develop a funding and rating plan for 2011-12, which uses the Fund's Members' Equity to provide budgetary relief and stability to Fund members over the coming biennium. Overall, however, the value of substitute work probably outweighs any downside.
