Some suggested uses of grants are shown below; however, applicants are strongly encouraged to develop their own ideas for how best to use the grant money.

• American Red Cross CPR/First Aid classes
• Bloodborne pathogen kits for bus drivers
• National Safety Council defensive driving courses
• Electrical safety and Fire Safety
• Facility Security (Cameras, Lighting, Locks, etc.)

Workers' Compensation

• Personal protective equipment
• Mechanical lifting devices
• Fall protection equipment
• Industrial hygiene
