Frank joined TASB in January 2005 as the sales and marketing consultant for South Texas. Frank holds a B.S. in Business Management from St. Joseph's College of Indiana. Frank has over 30 years of Risk Management experience with expertise in Workers' Compensation and Loss Prevention Services. Frank is bilingual in English and Spanish and resides in Mission, TX.
