Rosa Brown is a graduate of Prairie View A&M University with a B.B.A. in Finance. Rosa has extensive background in property/casualty insurance, which began in 1989. She also has prior experience in school district finance. Rosa holds a multi-line adjuster license and is currently working toward an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation. Rosa resides in Houston.
