Gary Armstrong is a Senior Risk Management Consultant and has represented the TASB Risk Management Programs since 1982. He is a member of Texas PRIMA and a certified TASBO instructor. Gary joined TASB after receiving a B.A. from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1977. Gary resides in Austin.
